Rights of the interested party
The user may at any time exercise the rights provided by Art. 7 of the Privacy Code and by Arts. 15 to 22 of the GDPR, including, by way of example but not limited to, requesting confirmation of the existence of their personal data, verifying its content, origin, accuracy, requesting its integration, updating, rectification, cancellation, transformation into anonymous form, blocking of data processed in violation of the law, and opposing, for legitimate reasons, its processing. Requests should be addressed to the Data Controller.
